QUITE TIME
Quiet Time is a time to gather together as a group and emphasize the importance of personal time in the Bible. Children's Ministers may use this time to prepare for evening church group devotions. Group leaders will ask the children to sit quietly and read through their Quiet Time material in the Camper's book. It is important to note that Quiet Time will occur in Groups, so Church Sponsors will lead during this time. |
WORSHIP CELEBRATION
Worship Celebration is a dynamic, high energy worship event. Like all corporate worship events at camp, Celebration includes a theme-oriented setting to focus the kid's attention on Christ. Held in the tabernacle, Celebration incorporates music, drama, multi-media, technology, including lights, a state-of-the-art sound system, and two full video screens, as well as flat screens that ensure everyone has a great view of the stage and all the words to each praise song. In addition, campers will view the previous day's video, keeping kids excited about being at camp, and to reinforce the camp theme and spiritual lessons. |
TRACKS
Track studies are designed to prepare campers for living a faithful Christian life. Campers will need to choose their top four choices of track topics and register for them prior to camp. There will be a limited number in each track, so register early. Groups are designed to give Children's Ministers a break from the responsibility of teaching so that they can focus on building relationships with their students. KidsLifeKamp staff, Elite Fleet and some predetermined sponsors will facilitate these theme-related, topical studies. Church Leaders may be contacted to suggest some possible facilitators.
* Please check back for all the Tracks that will be offered at KidsLifeKamp.

RECREATION
Recreation
Adults and children will play organized water games, adventure games, ball games, and more during recreation with their group. KidsLifeKamp recreation staff oversee all recreation activities. Recreation leaders and Elite Fleet instruct color squads (Red, Blue, Green), concerning each game. Color squads will experience different recreation games each day. Some games are designed to teach Bible concepts, Scripture verses or Bible trivia. Groups, who experience recreation together, build unity and mutual trust as they play. Adult sponsors cn build their kid's confidence as they play with them and cheer them on. |
CHILDREN'S MINISTER MEETING
The Children's Ministers Meeting is just prior to worship. It is for Children's Ministers to meet together as a community and to pray for their campers, and to be prayed for by other ministers and the KidsLifeKamp staff. This meeting also provides a venue for KidsLifeKamp staff to relay important camp information to Children's Ministers, as well as interact and hear from the Camp Pastor and Camp Director. |
CORPORATE WORSHIP
Corporate Worship
Each evening, children will experience authentic worship and engaging, age-appropriate teaching. The KidsLifeKamp Band will lead praise and worship songs, and the camp pastor will bring a clear, compelling message that builds on the camp theme. Some worship services may include opportunities for your kids to be involved in leading others in worship. |
FUN AFTER DARK
Late-Night Attractions is a wild and crazy program lead by the KidsLifeKamp special events staff. Kids look forward to this time. One of the favorite moments of LNA is the Children's Minister / Leader Challenge where Children's Ministers / Leaders compete on stage. Adult sponsors appreciate LNA, because it drains kids of their energy making them more likely to go to drop off to sleep after Dorm Devotion Time. |
DORM DEVOTIONS
Dorm Devotion Time provides an opportunity for Children's Ministers and Sponsors to end the day of the camp in a quiet setting with their own campers. It is designed for the leaders to guide their church group whatever way he/she determines best. It is a great opportunity to evaluate the day and share what God is doing in individual lives. |
